February 2018

Our Club Championship is well under way... at the moment Max is in the lead, but probably because he has played more games than anyone else. In the Ladder Competition Dewi is on top, but I think is being closely challenged by Barrie.

January 2018

All three of our league teams are playing well - there have been some excellent games and exciting matches so far. At the mid-point of the season the Bishops are somewhere in the middle of div 2 ... hopefully free of the twin threats of promotion and demotion. The Knights are close to the top of div 3 and are battling to go up and the Rookies are enjoying themselves further down the table.

On an individual basis, both Owain and Terry are playing very well and on the C&D website are close to the top of the Individual Divisional lists in div 2 and div 3 respectively.

September 2017

In the 2017/18 season Holywell will run three teams in the Chester & District League. The Bishops are in division 2 and both the Knights and Rookies are in division 3.
